We offer direct color printing on napkins using the CMYK palette. This modern method allows you to apply logos, text, or illustrations directly onto napkins, even in small batches. You don’t need a printing plate — just provide your image.

Printing is done with safe, water-based inks, making it suitable for napkins used around food.

When Plate-Free Printing Is Especially Convenient

Direct printing without plates is perfect for small orders. Once your design is approved, production can start immediately.
The image is applied directly to the napkin, making it ideal for personalized, small, or urgent orders. Plates are generally used only for larger quantities.

How the Printing Works

We print using the CMYK palette, which allows for:

• Single-color and multi-color logos
• Illustrations and decorative elements
• Gradient transitions

⚠️ Note: Printing in white is not available. As an alternative, a white outline can be simulated using color printing.

Accepted file formats:

• High-quality JPG on a white background
• PDF with vector illustrations

If your logo includes brand-specific colors, let us know so we can match them accurately. Before printing, we create a test sample for your approval.

Image Quality and Features

• Logos, text, and illustrations come out sharp and durable
• Small details may be less noticeable
• Photographs may appear slightly blurreddue to high ink density

Suitable Napkins

Printing can be done on any size napkin — ours or your own.
Light-colored napkins are best to preserve the brightness and clarity of the image.

Recommended colors:

• White
• Light beige or light brown (eco-friendly, recycled paper) — vivid and saturated results
• Light blue, yellow, champagne

Special combinations are available upon request, e.g., red ink on pink napkins or black print on red napkins.

Double-Sided Printing

We can print on both sides of the napkin.
This takes more time and may increase cost, but results in a more striking effect.

Minimum Order and Turnaround

• 1-ply napkins:from 500 pcs
• 2- and 3-ply napkins:from 250 pcs

Production time depends on workload and order size.
Small batches can often be ready the same day, within a few hours.
